The terms that apply when you use unantrading.com, our price list data, the FullSet tools and the Unan Trading connector for AI assistants. Last updated: 7 November 2026.

Who we are

What these terms cover

• Your use of this website, the price list and data files (such as catalog.json and llms.txt), the FullSet Simulator and quote calculator, the browser tools for AI agents, and the connector that lets AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT read our prices and send us a quotation request.
• By using any of these, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Prices and information

• Prices are wholesale, in US dollars, excluding GST and resort-island freight, and are for businesses such as resorts, hotels, restaurants and retailers.
• Prices, stock, offers and savings comparisons are indicative. They are not an offer to sell. A price is only binding once it appears on a written quotation from Unan Trading that you accept.
• FullSet savings comparisons use the figures you give and, where you give none, indicative market estimates. Your actual result depends on your own prices and how you use each cut.
• We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but it can contain errors. Please check the details on your written quotation.

Quotation requests

• You can ask for a quotation through the website, by email, by WhatsApp or through an AI assistant using our connector.
• An AI assistant may send a request only after you have reviewed the details and asked it to send them. You are responsible for making sure the details are correct and that you are allowed to share them.
• A request is not an order. An order is formed only when you accept our written quotation. Delivery, payment and other order terms are set out in that quotation.

Fair use of the connector and data

• The connector and data files are free to use for finding and comparing our products and contacting us.
• Please do not overload or disrupt the service, try to get around its limits or security, send false or automated requests in someone else’s name, or use it for anything unlawful.
• To protect the service, we limit usage (for example, 5 quotation requests per hour per connection) and may block traffic that breaks these terms.

Availability and changes

• We provide the website and connector as they are, and we may change, pause or stop any part of them, including tools and prices, at any time.
• We do not promise that they will always be available or error-free.

AI assistants

• AI assistants are run by their own providers, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how an assistant presents or summarises our information. If an answer matters to your business, please confirm it with us.

Our content

• Text, images, logos and data on this website belong to Unan Trading or are used with permission.
• You and your AI assistant may use our prices and product information to research, compare and buy from us, and to share them with colleagues. Please do not republish them as your own price list or imply that we endorse another business.

Liability

• To the extent allowed by law, Unan Trading is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on indicative prices or information that was not confirmed on a written quotation.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

• How we handle personal data, including quotation requests sent through the connector, is explained in our Privacy policy.

Law and changes to these terms

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and the courts of the Maldives have jurisdiction.
• If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Our Brazilian website, unantrading.com.br, is run by Unan Trading Ltda in São Paulo.
