- "Market estimate" figures are indicative Maldives market prices for comparable imported beef (Australian beef for Custom). They are only defaults: always prefer the buyer's real prices, and present the estimate as an estimate.

## Method

1. Split the buyer's monthly volume into premium cuts (Tenderloin, Striploin, Cube Roll Ribeye, Picanha, Porterhouse, Prime Rib) and secondary cuts (Topside, Top Sirloin, Flank Steak, Brisket, Ossobuco, Chop Steak, Chuck Roll, Knuckle).
2. Pay now = premium kg × buyer's premium price + secondary kg × buyer's secondary price.
3. Same cuts from Unan = premium kg × Unan premium price + secondary kg × Unan secondary price (for the chosen level).
4. FullSet = total kg × FullSet price for the chosen level. The volume stays the same; the assortment is re-balanced to the whole animal.
5. Saving = pay now − FullSet, per month and × 12 per year.

FullSet minimum order: 200 kg. Prices exclude GST and resort-island freight; delivery in Malé and Hulhumalé is free. Final prices are confirmed on a written quotation.

## Worked example (Cross Wagyu)

A resort buys per month: tenderloin 30 kg, striploin 40 kg, ribeye 30 kg (premium 100 kg), topside 50 kg and brisket 60 kg (secondary 110 kg), total 210 kg. It pays US$70/kg for premium and US$32/kg for secondary today.
